Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Assist with event planning and coordination, such as scheduling meetings and booking venues - Manage order entry and inventory tracking processes - Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Serve as a medical receptionist, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records - Utilize Google Suite and other software applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Act as a personal assistant to support executives with administrative tasks - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems - Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure - Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a bonus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
