Job DescriptionThe Legal Assistant will support members of the Operations Team in Hertz's Legal Department.
The Legal Assistant works closely with senior members of the legal department and management team.
The role also provides extensive support within Hertz's contract management processes.
The role requires maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and handling highly sensitive material.

Subject to business needs week-to-week, the position is staffed in the Estero, FL office Monday through Thursday and works remotely on Fridays.
This role supports the Legal Department's ability to be more productive and efficient in providing legal advice to the company.
The role also help ensure that the company's contracts are well-managed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
